Community Mental Health Nurse – First Episode Psychosis

South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust is recruiting an OT/CPN/Care Coordinator for the Wandsworth Intervention in Psychosis Service based at Newton Building, Springfield University Hospital, Tooting, SW London.

You will manage a caseload of approximately 18-20 clients aged 18-65, delivering evidence-based psychosocial interventions, planning and reviewing care, and working within a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery.
