Adult Social Worker – Flexible, Community-Based Care

Essex County Council is seeking an Adults Social Worker for the Mid Essex area (Chelmsford, Braintree & Maldon) on a permanent full-time basis. The role involves working with adults under the Care Act framework to assess needs, plan support, and safeguard where necessary.

You will work with individuals and their families to understand what matters most, building strong relationships with partner agencies. Travel across Essex is required, and a driving licence or mobility solution is essential.
