Waking Night Support Worker – Residential Childcare London

Area Camden, part of the Polaris Community, is recruiting a Qualified Waking Night Support Worker to provide safe, child-centered night-time support in Camden, Haringey and Islington. The role covers 20:00 to 08:00 on a 12‑hour shift, with a fixed rota pattern and a commitment to safeguarding and development.

You will stay awake to keep young people safe, support bedtime routines, maintain records and follow safeguarding procedures, and work as part of a supportive team.
