Waythrough, a leading mental health and social support charity, seeks a Criminal Justice Recovery Navigator to coordinate interventions in Calderdale’s custody suite and outreach services. You’ll manage recovery plans, work with probation partners, and support individuals in reducing reoffending and substance-related harm.
The role requires NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, experience with 1-2-1/group therapies, and a collaborative, outcome-focused approach.
