Home Care Assistant – Independent, Compassionate Support

Trinity 247 Care is seeking kind and experienced Care Assistants to support people in their own homes in Jersey. The role involves personal care, meal preparation, companionship, and mobility assistance, with accurate record keeping and medication support where needed.

Applicants should have good communication skills and confidence working independently. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
