Adult Mental Health Social Worker – Hybrid, Supportive Team

Derbyshire County Council is inviting three Social Workers to join the Amber Valley Adult Care Mental Health Team. You will work with health colleagues to support adults with mental health needs, promoting independence and person-centered outcomes.

The team pools resources across Amber Valley, Bolsover and North East Derbyshire, based mainly at Clay Cross with a second office at Parkwood Centre in Alfreton. We offer supervision, development and flexible hybrid working.
