Support Worker – Empower Adults with Learning Disabilities

Ability Housing Association in Woking is seeking Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities in a residential setting. You will join a caring team and provide compassionate support, including personal care where required, across a 40-hour week on a rolling rota.
