Trauma-Informed Residential Care Worker for Children

360 CRS is seeking a Residential Support Practitioner to join our children’s services team in London. You will support young people aged 7–17 by building trust, promoting emotional development and routines, and helping create a safe, caring home.

You must have experience with children and young people, a full UK driving licence, and be willing to work a varied rota including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. Training and benefits are provided.
