Residential Support Worker — Impactful Care & Growth

CareTech’s Greenfields Children’s Service is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join a values-driven team. The role focuses on a trauma-informed approach and partnership with young people to create a nurturing environment.

Applicants should hold a full driving licence and be able to work a 2 days on/4 days off pattern (8am–10pm, including sleep nights). DBS checks and safeguarding are integral to the role.
