Care Assistant – Boutique Care Home | Weekend Pay

Quantum Care in Bishop’s Stortford is seeking a Care Assistant to join our boutique-style 78-bed home, Elm View. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care with dignity, supporting residents to maintain independence in a hotel‑style setting.

Shifts are 7.30am–2.30pm or 2.30pm–9.30pm, with weekends and bank holidays included. Training starts on day one, and there are clear progression opportunities within a supportive team.
