Remote Care Centre Operator – Virtual Support

Community Integrated Care is seeking a dedicated Virtual Care Centre Operator to provide the first point of contact for TEC users, monitoring the platform from Widnes and ensuring safe, person-centred support across England and Scotland.

You’ll work 36 hours per week in a permanent role, primarily day shifts, delivering remote assistance, accurate record keeping, and compassionate engagement to help people lead better, more independent lives.
