Senior Mental Health Reablement Support Worker

Cheshire East Council is recruiting for two permanent Senior Support Worker roles in Crewe within the Care4CE Mental Health Reablement team. The posts are 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm with occasional early evenings, based at Delamere House and covering the south of Cheshire East.
