Impactful Support Worker – Adult Mental Health

Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join its Adult Community Mental Health Teams. These are full-time posts (36 hours) Monday to Friday, covering Sefton’s borough-wide services and homes in local communities.

You will manage a small caseload, deliver short-term, task-centred interventions to build confidence and independence, and work within a multidisciplinary team under supervision from Social Work Managers and other qualified professionals.
