What Will You Be Doing?

As a Care Support Worker, you’ll support people within our Independent Living service to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

No two days are the same, but your role may include:

  • Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Carrying out wellbeing and welfare checks
  • Encouraging independence, confidence and choice
  • Supporting individuals with daily routines and activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
  • Promoting dignity, wellbeing and person-centred support
  • Working as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care

Most importantly, you’ll help people maintain their independence and enjoy the best possible quality of life.

  • Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
  • A flexible approach to working hours and service needs
