Revenue & Inspection Officer — Hybrid Council Tax Role

Ipswich Borough Council is seeking a Revenues and Inspection Officer to join the Revenues Team in Ipswich. Based at Grafton House, Russell Road, you will manage billing, collection and recovery of Council Tax, NDR and Housing Benefit Overpayments.

You will handle customer queries, provide explanations of decisions and perform site visits to establish liability and assess discounts. The role requires strong communication, analytical skills and knowledge of revenue legislation.
