Senior Revenue Protection Officer – Field (Oxford & Reading)

British Gas is seeking a Senior Debt & Revenue Protection Officer to join a field-based team covering Oxford and Reading. You will visit customer premises, investigate energy debt and potential energy theft, assess welfare concerns, and determine sustainable resolutions with safety and compliance at the forefront.

You will identify vulnerabilities, investigate metering irregularities and balance customer welfare with commercial outcomes while delivering right-first-time resolutions in the field.
