Senior Pupil Support Officer: Nurturing & Outdoor Learning Lead

Rowanfield School in Edinburgh is seeking a Senior Pupil Support Officer to support pupils aged 5–12 with diverse barriers to learning. You will train, mentor and induct new support staff and facilitate Outdoor Learning with partner providers.

Experience with SEBN and CALM/de‑escalation training is essential; a driving licence is required. This part-time post is 27.5 hours per week across 39 weeks per year, with a pro‑rata salary range of £34,452–£40,501.
