Support Officer – Housing & Independence (Darwen)

Together Housing in Darwen is seeking a Support Officer to join our team within our Supported Housing service. You will deliver person-centred, outcome-focused support to help individuals and families who have experienced homelessness rebuild their lives and move towards independence.

You will manage a varied caseload, respond to planned needs and crises with professionalism, and collaborate with partner agencies to coordinate holistic support while safeguarding and promoting wellbeing.
