Waste Management Loader — Frontline Waste Collection

Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council is recruiting a Waste Management Operative – Loader in Hinckley, Leicestershire. The role involves working in a small team to collect refuse, food waste, dry recycling and garden waste across the borough, following health and safety procedures.

You will be part of a front-line service, required to be physically fit and to deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining council standards. The post is a permanent full-time role with 37 hours per week.
