Strategic People Partner for Content (London Hybrid)

9fin is seeking a Senior People Partner to join our London-based Content team in a hybrid role. You’ll partner with the Chief Content Officer and editorial, legal, credit, and other functions to shape people strategy at pace as the business scales in the UK and US.

Embedded in the team, you’ll diagnose people risks, design org structures, lead talent development, and drive inclusive, data-informed decisions on reward and performance.
