Desktop Technician — Flexible, Customer-Driven IT Support

The National Library of the UK is seeking a proactive Desktop Technician to join the Digital Workspace team at St Pancras. You will provide first and second-line desktop support, ensuring staff have reliable access to technology that underpins our world-class collections and services.

You will install, configure and maintain desktop, laptop and mobile devices, create and maintain incident records, and contribute to technology refresh programmes while delivering high-quality customer service.
