Engagement Docs Paralegal — Client Terms

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is a world-leading global law firm. We seek a diligent paralegal to support the General Counsel and Risk team with engagement letters, client terms, and documentation governance in a busy London office.

You will liaise with partners, lawyers and business development, review incoming correspondence, log and file documents, and help ensure our matter registers remain up to date. This permanent role is full-time and London-based.
