Key Responsibilities

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
• Taking on new instructions
• Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documentation including offers, qualified acceptances, mortgage instructions, dispositions, standard securites, property questionnaires andregistration forms
• Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and third parties
• Maintaining accurate records using the firm’s case management system

• Experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
• Ability to manage files independently (supervision and support is available)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive and client-focused approach
