Post-Completion Paralegal – Conveyancing Specialist

Eventus Legal is seeking a PostCompletion Paralegal in Spalding, Lincolnshire. This full-time, permanent, on-site role offers £26,000–£28,000 depending on experience, private health insurance, an employer-contributed pension and group life assurance.

You will manage your own caseload and report to a senior member of the property team. You’ll handle residential conveyancing postcompletion work, coordinate with fee earners, lenders and Land Registry, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
