SaaS Contracts Paralegal – Data Privacy & M&A Support

Everway is seeking a Paralegal to support the legal function with advisory and hands-on work on commercial contracts, data protection, governance, and corporate activities. You will collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, Product, Info Security, AI and other teams to manage legal risk while enabling business objectives.

The role involves reviewing SaaS/customer agreements, supplier contracts, DPAs, IP matters, and due diligence related to M&A and vendor questionnaires.
