Disability Rehousing Lead — Strategy & Delivery

Wirral Council is seeking a Disabled Rehousing Coordinator to support vulnerable residents needing rehousing due to disability. You will work with the Home Adaptations & Improvement Service within Housing Services, managing complex cases and developing policy with external partners.

The role requires strategic thinking, autonomous working, and the ability to deliver high standards in a fast-paced environment, reporting to the Adaptations & Improvements Manager and PPP Manager.
