Healthcare Service Coordinator – Pension & Free Parking

Equals One Ltd in Newport, Isle of Wight, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to handle calls from service users, families and healthcare professionals as the first point of contact for queries. You will manage incoming calls and emails, coordinate equipment delivery or service, monitor orders, log referrals for clinical triage, and provide general admin support to the team.

This is a fixed-term maternity cover, full-time, 40 hours per week, with benefits including pension, on-site parking
