The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing property business and take ownership of an established portfolio of 130+ landlords.
The Role
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio, ensuring landlords and tenants receive an excellent level of service.
Responsibilities
- Managing an established portfolio of 130+ landlords
- Growing the portfolio towards up to 180 landlords
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Handling day-to-day property management queries
- Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors
- Managing tenancy issues and ensuring matters are dealt with promptly
- Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Ensuring compliance and property management processes are followed
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the tenancy
- Identifying opportunities to maximise income and generate commission
About You
Previous estate agency or property management experience is desirable; however, this is not essential.
Our client would also consider candidates with a strong customer service background who are looking to move into the property sector.
What we’re looking for
- Organised and able to manage a busy workload
- Confident communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Customer-focused with a professional approach
- Proactive and able to solve problems effectively
- Ambitious and keen to develop their career
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Experienced in estate agency/property management or has strong customer service experience
- A full driving licence holder – desirable
