Senior BIM MEP Technician — Revit, Clash Detection Expert

Cundall is seeking a Senior Building Services Technician for its Bristol team to produce and coordinate BIM models and drawings for RIBA Stages 2-4 MEP design across local and international projects.

You will manage models end-to-end with COBie, IFC, Uniclass data, and assist with automation ideas for Revit & BIM within Cundall’s standards. Training on ISO 19650 can be provided as needed.
