Frontline Customer Service Advisor – Part-Time

Harborough District Council in Market Harborough is seeking a Customer Services Adviser for maternity cover. You will join the front-line team, handling enquiries about council services across phone, webchats, email and face-to-face appointments on a part-time basis.

The post is based at The Symington Building, 15 hours per week on a pre-agreed rota, Monday to Friday, with interviews planned after the closing date.
