Scheduling & Admin Team Lead – Lead & Deliver

Compco Fire Systems in Hamilton is seeking a Scheduling & Admin Team Lead for a full-time role. You will lead a small team of four, coordinate engineers’ workloads, and ensure servicing jobs stay on schedule while managing client renewals.

You’ll own key relationships, drive KPI performance, approve subcontractor POs, and mentor your team to deliver accurate invoices and timely responses. The salary is up to £34,000, with proactive problem solving and clear communication.
