Crisis Prevention & Recovery Coordinator

Birmingham Mind is seeking an Admissions Avoidance Coordinator in Birmingham to work across CYP Hubs and Crisis services. This role focuses on preventing hospital admissions, supporting young adults aged 18–25, and delivering person-centered care. A full UK driving licence is desirable.

The position is hybrid with a 37.5 hour workweek and permanent contract. Applicants should have mental health experience and be able to conduct needs and risk assessments within a social determinants framework.
