This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Customer Service Advisor on a full-time ongoing temporary contract.

Job Role
- Responding to customer calls and emails in a friendly, helpful manner
- Understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions
- Following company policies and procedures
- Managing customer accounts, including upselling and retention opportunities
- Handling difficult enquiries professionally
- Staying up to date with products, systems, and processes to provide accurate information
Skills and experience
- Must be able to pass Credit and DBS check
- Experience in customer services or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
