Oil & Gas Shift Supervisor – Operations & Safety Lead

Kintec Global Recruitment seeks a Shift Supervisor for a permanent role in the UK. The position oversees DCS/SCADA operations, coordinates station and wellsite activities, and liaises with oil export customers. You will ensure safety, performance, and timely reporting across shifts.

The candidate will have 5–10 years’ experience in oil/gas facilities, be competent with DCS/SCADA and safety systems, and hold recognised engineering qualifications plus a UK driving licence.
