Maintenance Operative – Build-to-Rent | Leeds | Urgent Requirement

£31,200 basic (£15.00 per hour), plus holiday pay – paid weekly!

Hours

• 8-hour shifts, working between 07:00-18:00
• Includes 1 in 4 Saturdays, with a day off in lieu during the week

We’re looking to fill this role as soon as possible.

This is a brand-new, premium Build-to-Rent development in Leeds, comprising around 488 apartments and extensive resident amenities. The on-site team is responsible for looking after the building and its residents, including day-to-day maintenance and repairs – and we need an experienced maintenance professional to join the team without delay.

The Role

This is a hands-on maintenance and repairs role, supporting the building team with general maintenance, basic repairs and practical day-to-day tasks across the development.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous, relevant experience in a maintenance, repairs or facilities role is essential
• A practical, hands‑on approach with the ability to carry out general repairs and maintenance tasks
• Relevant maintenance training/qualifications
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused approach, given the resident‑facing nature of the role
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts, including weekends
• A reliable, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
• Immediate availability preferred
