Our busy parts department handles both internal workshop orders and an extensive trade parts customer base across the region. What is in it for you:
- Salary: £31,000 basic salary + OTE up to £36,000
- Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00, with 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:00 – 12:30)

What you will be doing:
- Handling trade parts enquiries, counter sales, and providing accurate product advice to external trade customers.
- Sourcing, picking, and allocating parts efficiently for workshop technicians to support smooth job completions.
- Managing inventory levels, processing incoming deliveries, and maintaining clean, accurate stock cataloguing records.
- Working closely with both the internal workshop team and external trade clients to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in an automotive parts department, dealership counter, or motor factor environment.
- Strong communication skills and solid IT/cataloguing software literacy.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Maidstone, making it an easy commute from Aylesford, Rochester, Tonbridge, and Sittingbourne.
