Customer Service Specialist – Stockport Branch

Coventry Building Society in Stockport is looking for a friendly Customer Service Assistant to support local customers in branch, handle cash and phone inquiries, and provide a welcoming, efficient service.

You’ll need recent customer service experience and strong attention to detail when processing customer data. The role is 35 hours per week, Mon–Fri 09:00–16:30, with 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and a discretionary bonus scheme.
