Senior Maintenance Technician — Hands-On Leader (Leeds)

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for our Leeds site. This hands-on role requires repairing and maintaining facilities across the site, while guiding a small team of junior operatives.

You’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and ensure safety and quality across all works. This is not a desk-based supervisory post; you will stay hands-on and contribute to high standard site operations.
