Customer Service Training & Coaching Specialist

DPD Group UK is seeking a Customer Services Trainer to deliver skills-based training for new hires and existing staff across multiple sites in the UK. The role includes developing courses, running coaching programmes, and coordinating 1-2-1 and group workshops to improve process compliance and productivity.

You will work with Team Managers and stakeholders to identify learning needs, measure training impact, and ensure records and invitations are managed efficiently.
