Weekend Library Customer Service Assistant

Hertfordshire County Council’s Stevenage Library is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver friendly, efficient help at the desk and support library users with information and IT queries.

You will handle book issues, returns and shelf tidying, and work across a varied programme of activities. The role is permanent with weekend shifts, starting at £26,016 per year, pro rata for part time, with potential progression to £27,274.
