Countrywide, part of the Connells Group and the UK’s largest Property Services Group, is looking for a Customer Complaints Resolver to join our friendly Complaints Management Team. This is an excellent opportunity to progress a career in property, with full training in residential lettings and property management provided.
The Role
You’ll investigate customer complaints and concerns, working with colleagues across the business to deliver fair, professional, and timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of customer complaints
- Communicate with customers by phone and email
- Gather information to fully understand and investigate issues
- Liaise with teams across the lettings business
- Provide clear, professional, and empathetic responses both verbally and written
- Identify appropriate solutions and goodwill gestures where required
- Deliver a positive customer experience, even when issues arise

- Confidence handling sensitive conversations professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and investigative abilities
- Good organisational, time-management and multi-tasking skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
