Hybrid Property Manager – Lettings & Compliance

LCA Jobs is recruiting a Property Manager for our client’s residential lettings team in Chelmsford. You will handle maintenance queries from private tenants and provide landlords with regular progress updates while coordinating contractor access for quotations and repairs.

Working hours are mainly 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays on a rota, and a hybrid working pattern after probation. Comprehensive training and potential bonuses are provided.
