Senior manufacturing operator

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operator to support daily production activities and lead operational excellence within a manufacturing environment. The role combines hands‑on production responsibilities with team leadership, ensuring targets for safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production activities during assigned shifts.
• Support the training and development of operators on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Monitor performance and drive achievement of production targets.
• Lead shift handovers and daily team meetings.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues using root cause analysis.
• Promote effective communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Support the creation of a positive, engaged, and accountable team culture.

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
