Bank Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Bank Healthcare Assistant (HCAs) to support our Urgent Treatment services in West Lancashire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out and documenting NEWS2 observations, monitoring patient conditions, escalating concerns appropriately, and providing high-quality patient care within a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake and record NEWS2 observations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor patients and elevate any deterioration to the clinical team.
• Support clinicians with patient assessments and care delivery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centred care while adhering to infection prevention and clinicalgovernance standards.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous HCA experience within an urgent care, acute, community, or primary care setting.
