Proactive Lettings Coordinator (Part-Time, Bristol)

Pertemps Bristol Commercial is seeking a friendly and proactive Lettings Coordinator based in Clifton. You will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, handling enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, and overseeing tenancy administration.

The role is permanent, part‑time (20–28 hours across four days, 9:30am–4:30pm). Flexibility is offered with Fridays being essential for the schedule.
