Bus Station Customer Service Specialist – Edinburgh

Pertemps Edinburgh Contracts is recruiting a Customer Service Operative at Edinburgh Bus Station. You will manage live traffic movements and provide information to users, ensuring facilities are safe, well-presented and clean.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and IT literacy, with full training provided. A rotating shift pattern includes early mornings, weekends and overtime opportunities. Up to 33 days holiday per year.
