New Asphalt Plant Operator & Supervisor – Site Opening

FM Conway is seeking a Plant Operative to join our Aggregate and Asphalt division at the new Wellingborough site. You will operate the asphalt plant safely, manage weighbridge operations, and control mobile plant to keep production running smoothly.

You will receive full training and be part of a hands-on team focused on delivering high standards. A full UK driving licence is essential; prior experience in a similar environment would be advantageous.
