Production Operative: Assembly & Continuous Improvement

JCB, the UK’s leading manufacturer of construction and agricultural equipment, is seeking Production Operatives to join sites in Derbyshire and Staffordshire. The role offers a favourable hourly rate of £14.94 per hour with various shift patterns available, plus overtime at time-and-a-half where applicable.

You will work on the assembly line, assist in loading/unloading, and take part in on-site training programmes to hone your skills while supporting KPI targets and quality standards.
