Box Office Sales Operator — Flexible Hours

The Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Sales Operator (Variable Hours) to deliver outstanding customer service, maximise ticket sales, and promote RSC productions, memberships and services.

Based on-site at the Box Office, you will handle bookings by phone, counter and post, work flexible hours including weekends, and support the team with ticket dispatch and general box office operations to keep everything running smoothly.
