Special Needs Support Assistant – 1:1 & Small Groups

Protocol Education is seeking a Special Needs Support Assistant to join a specialist school in Southend-on-Sea. You will support pupils with a range of needs to access education, communicate, and develop independence.

The role focuses on personalised 1:1 and small-group support in a busy school setting. You don’t necessarily need years of experience; the right attitude, patience, reliability and willingness to learn are essential.
